- Choose a Parcel Collect location: Use the online tool to select a participating Post Office near your future stopover.
- Enter the address at checkout: When you order online, use your name and the address of the selected Post Office, your 10-digit customer number, and include "Parcel Collect" so they know to hold it for you.
- Pick it up when you arrive: You'll receive a notification when your parcel is ready. Just show ID when collecting, easy! You will have up to 2 weeks to collect your parcel from this location.
